Responsibilities

  • Support efficient running of the office operations within the company;
  • Coordinate daily activities with other related departments, to communicate ongoing updates and changes happening within the MENA team;
  • Support direct manager and dotted line managers (HR Director, Managing Director, CEO);
  • Maintain the travel schedule (in-bound & out-bound) airtickets, hotel reservations of CEO;
  • Track direct cost expenses and cost optimisation within the travel expenditures;
  • Communication with the 3rd parties (PRO services, inquiries, quotations);
  • Develop the tracking system of day-to-day operational activities;
  • Participate in TOP management meetings and formalization of the structure (agenda, meeting minutes, recap);
  • Develop with close collaboration (HR department - onboarding process of new joiners, keep track of legal requirements.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience as an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant preferred;
  • Location: Ras Al Khaimah;
  • Fluent English is a must; Arabic - as a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Attention to details, ability to work with minimum or no supervision;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a start-up;
  • Experience in working with local government regulations and procedures;
  • Computer Literacy (MS office) is a must.
