Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop existing PR strategy including high-level goals and local minor activities
  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
  • Coordinate public relations activities
  • Increase audience engagement across traditional and new media
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests;
  • Create content for PR materials (press releases, articles, presentations, etc)
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to grow brand awareness
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends affecting clients and partners, and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
  • Coordinate outsource PR agencies

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in public relations required
  • Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns (local level is a must, global level campaigns is an advantage)
  • Strong relationships with media
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Event planning experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills - structured approach
  • Experience in tracking PR activities performance (both qualitative and quantitative)
  • Fluency in English (or high professional level)
  • Experience working in startups is an advantage
