Support Manager MENA
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer queries and issues via mail, Whatsapp (no calls);
- Providing customer support using the company’s software and tools;
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to the company’s products and services, working with admin dashboard;
- Documenting customer interactions and keeping accurate records;
- Collaborating with other team members and contractors in order to request loading/emptying fandomats.
Requirements
- Fluency in English AND Arabic/ Russian AND Arabic/ English AND Russian AND Arabic;
- Good customer service skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- PC/laptop with high-speed internet.
