Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer queries and issues via mail, Whatsapp (no calls);
  • Providing customer support using the company’s software and tools;
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to the company’s products and services, working with admin dashboard;
  • Documenting customer interactions and keeping accurate records;
  • Collaborating with other team members and contractors in order to request loading/emptying fandomats.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English AND Arabic/ Russian AND Arabic/ English AND Russian AND Arabic; 
  • Good customer service skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • PC/laptop with high-speed internet.
